The FAA can bring a steep fine and possible imprisonment for an organization or individual operating a drone for compensation without a license.

What’s with the weather?
Let’s talk about it! Drones are super light and can’t handle heavy wind or rain. There are also regulations that keep drones out of the sky in certain visibility conditions. Light is also a factor in optimizing our operations and final product!
